摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent or reduce a shift shock by executing learning according to a state of an electric differential part, and executing proper shift control, in a vehicular driving device comprising the electric differential part to switch between a differential state and a non-differential state, a shift part having a plurality of engagement devices, a differential state switching means switching between the differential state and the non-differential state, a shift control means performing the shift control of the shift part, and a learning control means performing learning correction of a control amount in shifting a control element related to the shift. <P>SOLUTION: The learning control means has a control amount calculation means executing the learning correction in association with the state of the electric differential part when an automatic transmission part is shifted, and calculating the control amount corresponding to a state different from a prescribed state based on contents of the learning correction in association with the prescribed state of the electric differential part.
