<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of improving mounting efficiency, preventing clogging of a suction fan and having no adverse influence on cooling efficiency of other components. <P>SOLUTION: A forced exhaust device 41 guiding exhaust heat in a cooker 32 to a heat exhausting opening 42, has the suction fan 45 provided with blades on both surfaces of a disc 49 to form a first suction fan 51 and a second suction fan 52, the first suction fan 51 sucks exhaust heat in the cooker 32, and the second suction fan 52 sucks the air outside of the cooker 32 and guides the air to the heat exhausting opening 42. As an axial dimension of the suction fan 45 can be reduced, and a suction motor can be axially disposed at the back of the cooker 32, the mounting efficiency can be improved. As the blades are respectively disposed on both surfaces of the disc 49, the clogging of the suction fans can be prevented, and the cooling efficiency of the other components is not badly affected.
