PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly peel all coating layers on an inner periphery of a pipe and an outer periphery of the pipe by prescribed amount, in a cladding tube such as lining pipe and plating pipe having various kinds of bore diameters. SOLUTION: This peeling device peels the coating layers of the cladding tube having coating on inner peripheral surface and outer peripheral surface. The peeling device is provided with a tool holding part for rotatably holding a tool to peel the coating layer of the cladding tube, a driving part for rotating and driving the tool, a tube supporting part performing a support so that a rotary axis of the tool holding part and a center axis of the cladding tube may be concentric to rotate the tool holding part around the cladding tube, a tool peeling amount adjusting part for adjusting a distance between the tool holding part and the center axis of the cladding tube to change a coating layer peeling depth of the cladding tube, and a tool peeling length adjusting part provided with a guide bar in the longitudinal direction to adjust a center axis direction position of the cladding tube of the tool holding part and change a longitudinal direction peeling length of the coating layer of the cladding tube and moving a guide receiver mounted with the tool holding part thereon along the guide bar.
