A fixing body for protecting a cable laid under the ground is provided to prevent a flame from spreading along an underground pipe by inserting a hit unit into an insertion unit of the underground pipe to seal the underground pipe. A distributing board case(10) is installed on the ground. A distributing board(20) is installed inside the distributing board case. An underground pipe(30) is made of insulating material, is installed under the ground, and connected with a bottom surface of the distributing board case. A distributing board power supply line(40) is positioned inside the underground pipe by including a live line and a neutral line. An external power supply line(50) is installed inside the underground pipe by including a live line and a neutral line. A connection rod(60) includes a cutting groove at a central portion and electrically connects the live line of the distributing board power supply line to the live line of the external power supply line or electrically connects the neutral line of the distributing board power supply line to the neutral line of the external power supply line. An interruption mechanism(70) includes a case, a screw axis, a driving motor, and a hit unit. A fire sensing sensor(80) senses a fire in the distributing board. A control unit(90) controls operation of the driving motor of the interruption mechanism. An alarm device(100) outputs a fire state outside. |
