FIELD: oil and gas production. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to geophysical survey and is intended for assessment of technical condition of gas well underground equipment components. Method for differential determination of packer or circulating valve (CV) untightness in gas wells includes lowering of device into well, having temperature sensors and sensors of electromagnet location of couplings. For unambiguous detection of untightness in CV and rubber sealing element of packer, which are located at the distance of 1.5-3 m from each other, well device is equipped with detectors of flow (flows), is lowered in well to the depth of 50 metres below packer, and gas pressure is bled from behind-tube space. As pressure reduces by 1 MPa, device is started to be lifted by 100 upwards with the rate of 300 m/hr with simultaneous recording of curves of temperature, flow and location of couplings. Coupling locator is used to determine interval of packer and CV installation. By availability of gas flow in tubing strings (TS) and its interruption in interval of packer and CV installation, decision is made on CV untightness. By absence of gas flow in TS and interval of packer and CV installation decision is made on untightness of rubber sealing element of packer. ^ EFFECT: higher validity of untightness detection in packer and circulating valve. ^ 2 dwg |
