PURPOSE:To securely restore CPU and to release the alarm of a processor restored by means of a watch dog signal being one restored element on an alarm processing at the time of a fault owing to the runaway of CPU in the processor using CPU. CONSTITUTION:A counter circuit 4, a D flip-flop with setting/resetting 5 where the output a4 of a counter circuit is set to be C input and a watch dog cut detection circuit output a2 is set to be C input, a D flip-flop with setting/ resetting 7 where the Q output a10 of a D flip-flop in which the output of a4 is set to be C input and the output of a counter circuit 9 is set to be D input, and the output a3 of an OR gate 3 controlled by a watch dog cut detection circuit output a2 are set to be reset input, and the counter circuit 9 with less discrete value than that of the counter circuit 4 are given. |
