PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for a front underrun protector suppressing repairing cost (exchange cost of part), and to provide a mounting structure for a front underrun protector capable of attaining certain sinking-in prevention of a collision vehicle in the mounting structure for the front underrun protector. SOLUTION: In the mounting structure for the front underrun protector, the front underrun protector is arranged below a front bumper between mounting brackets mounted to left and right side rails of a vehicle body frame through a stay. The stay is exchangeably fastened to the mounting bracket and the front underrun protector body by a bolt, and a slit for upwardly guiding the front underrun protector at vehicle collision is provided on a bolt fastening hole of the stay.
