A wireless communication device is provided to be inserted into a memory card expanding slot of a notebook computer, and to charge an internal battery by a receiving action, then to be receivable together with the notebook computer, thereby realizing convenient portability. An RF(Radio Frequency) module(21) transceives a wireless data signal in connection with a notebook computer(28), and performs bidirectional conversion between the data signal and a digital voice signal. A voice processing module(22) conducts bidirectional conversion between the digital voice signal and an analog voice signal. A transceiving module(23) inputs/outputs the analog voice signal. A device case is mutually combined with the RF module, the voice processing module and the transceiving module, has external size matched with size of a computer memory card, and is received in a memory card expanding slot of the notebook computer.
