The designer (1) has plates (2.1, 2.2) including openings (7) for fastening of terminals of a LED (6), where edges of the plates have grooves (9). A length and a width of the plates are less than a length and a width of an energy source (5). A bridging suspension unit (3) has openings (10) for the LED and a conductive bridging disk (10.1). Diameters of the openings (10) and the bridging disk are approximately larger than diameters of the LED, and a height of a casing (4) is approximately smaller than a height of the energy source. An independent claim is also included for a method for assembling a torchlight.
