PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat exchange performance of a tube in a heat exchanger. SOLUTION: A plurality of tubes 11, 12, 13, etc. carrying out heat exchange between a coolant G (a first medium) flowing inside, and air A (a second medium) contacting an outer surface are arranged in parallel with each other along a thickness direction at predetermined intervals. Of the tubes 12, 13, flange parts 12a, 13a being tip portions in a side facing an upstream side of a flow of the air A have first direction exchange parts 12a', 13a' slanted toward a figure upward (one) direction along an arrangement direction of the tubes 11, 12, 13, and second direction exchange parts 12a", 13a" slanted toward a figure downward (another) direction along the arrangement direction.
