PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently recover recovery object and prevent atmospheric pollution caused by mixture of dust such as a recovery object in exhaust gas. SOLUTION: Suction negative pressure is generated by a root blower 10 (a suction means), and activated charcoal 50 is recovered from suction gas including the activated charcoal 50 sucked by the suction negative pressure by a first cyclone 11, and is collected in a lower part, and residual gas is exhausted from an exhaust port 13. A silo 15 is arranged in a lower part of the first cyclone 11, and the activated charcoal 50 recovered by the first cyclone 11 is stored. The silo 15 is tiltably supported by a silo tilting means 17. A recovery vessel 16 is detachably arranged in a lower part of the silo 15, and the activated charcoal 50 is recovered in the recovery vessel 16. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
