摘要 A method for manufacturing a cold cathode fluorescent lamp is provided to remove remaining oil from the CCFL by using a nitriding process. A CCFL(Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamp) includes a glass tube(2) and a pair of tube-like electrodes(7). An inner space of the glass tube is filled with at least a rare gas and a hydrogen gas. A fluorescent material layer is formed on an inner surface of the glass tube. The electrodes are arranged in the inner space. One end of the electrode is closed, while the other end thereof has an opening. The tube-like electrodes are arranged, such that openings face each other. The tube-like electrode contains nickel or a nickel alloy, and a carbonate selected from the group consisting of titanium, manganese, zirconium, and hafnium.
