PRE-ASSEMBLY FINAL INSPECTION DEVICE FOR LCD AND INSPECTION METHOD USING THE SAME

A pre-assembly inspection device for LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) and a method thereof are provided to inspect faults of a non-assembled TFT array substrate module by using an LC sheet, thereby inspecting pixel, line or mura faults in a non-assembly state. A backlight unit(80) irradiates light to a TFT array substrate module(60) which will be inspected. An LC sheet(70) is attached to an upper part of the backlight unit. A driving signal input unit(90) inputs a driving signal to the LC sheet and the TFT array substrate module which will be inspected or the TFT array substrate module. By inputting the TFT array substrate module which will be inspected into an upper part of the LC sheet, it is inspected whether a fault is generated in the TFT array substrate module.
