<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus having a constitution that an electric substrate is covered by a cover member, and the cover member is prevented from coming into contact with electric substrate components other than a plate-like member, the cover member is prevented from being deformed, thereby capable of achieving the miniaturization. <P>SOLUTION: The electric circuit substrate 41 is fixedly positioned related to a left side plate 46, and covered by an outer left cover 44. A heat radiation plate 1 disposed on the electric circuit substrate 41 is positioned in an engaged state through an opening formed in the electric circuit substrate 41. Related to the electric circuit substrate 41, a clearance between the left side plate 46 and the heat radiation plate 1 becomes the smallest on the side of the left side plate 46, and a clearance between the left cover 44 and the heat radiation plate 1 becomes the smallest on the side of the left cover 44. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
