The device has bobbins (11) including a releasing mechanism for supplying a binding material (14) e.g. fiber, to a binding zone in a controlled manner, where the bobbins are movably arranged along circular paths. The bobbins are relocatably arranged on two concentric annular surfaces (R 1, R2) in guides (12, 13). A transfer mechanism transfers the bobbins along the guides on another annular surfaces, where the guides run radially via a center point of the annular surfaces (R1, R2). A rotating device temporarily separates rotation of the concentric annular surfaces (R1, R2). |
