A polymer concrete septic tank and a method of manufacturing the same are provided to increase rigidity, reduce weight, and improve resistance against freezing, chemicals, and corrosion by using polymer concrete. A polymer concrete septic tank comprises a main body(1110), partitions(1200), and a cover(1300). The main body is made by polymer concrete compound containing 20~40% of unsaturated polyester resin, that is organic bonding agent, 50~80% of fine aggregate such as sand, pebbles, and the like, and 0~5% of additional additives such as hardening agent, initiator, and cross-linker. The partitions divide the inner space of the main into an inlet part, a reaction part, and an outlet part. The covers is mounted on the main body to close the open top of the main body and provided manholes(1310) communicating with the inlet part, the reaction part, and the outlet part. |
