A method for reinforcing a concrete structure is provided to reduce hardening time and to prevent contamination of a reinforcement against water or sand by installing fiber reinforced plastics preformed with thermosetting resins and polyamide fiber at an outer peripheral surface of the structure. A method for reinforcing a concrete structure comprises the steps of; exposing and grinding a reinforcement object part of a buried structure(S120); correcting step height of the reinforcement object part, removing a defective part, and coating epoxy putty(S130); installing a sheet reinforcement which is preformed with thermosetting resins and polyamide fiber(S140); covering/boding the reinforcement object part with the reinforcement before the epoxy putty is hardened(S150); and burying the reinforcement object part(S160).
