A valve (30) is located adjacent the first end (16) to provide for substantially unidirectional flow of blood therethrough. At least one aperture (40) extends through the tubular sidewall (14) at an axial location between the valve (30) and the second end (18) to provide for substantially free flow of blood between an interior and an exterior of the sidewall (14).</p> |
