PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for driving a piezoelectric element capable of preventing occurrence of erroneous delivery caused by a sudden change of the electric potential between electrodes of the piezoelectric element during charging and discharging electricity, a driving circuit for the piezoelectric element, and an apparatus for driving a liquid droplet delivering head. SOLUTION: The piezoelectric element 30 is gradually charged by loading intermittently an electric voltage to the electrode 30A of the piezoelectric element 30 by repeating on-off of p-MOS 68 being a switch element during charging electricity. In addition, the electrostatic capacity of the piezoelectric element 30 is gradually discharged by intermittently grounding the electrode 30A of the piezoelectric element 30 by repeating on-off of n-MOS 70 being a switch element during discharging electricity.
