DISPLAY FILTER, METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME, AND PLASMA DISPLAY APPARATUS USING THE SAME

A display filter, a method for manufacturing the same, and a plasma display apparatus using the same are provided to enhance durability and reduce a manufacturing time by simplifying the process for manufacturing the display filter. An electromagnetic wave shielding layer(110) having a predetermined mesh pattern is formed by weaving metal wires. A pressing process is performed to press the metal wires after the weaving process. The electromagnetic wave shielding layer is formed on a base layer. A blackening process is performed to blacken the electromagnetic wave shielding layer. The surface of the metal wires of the electromagnetic wave shielding layer is blackened. The process for forming the electromagnetic wave shielding layer on the base layer includes a process for forming an adhesive layer on the base layer, and a process for laminating the electromagnetic wave shielding layer on the adhesive layer.
