<p>An apparatus and a method for controlling a high beam in a vehicle are provided to control properly a high beam by analyzing a photographed image of a front side of the vehicle. A front photography sensor unit(100) photographs a front side of a vehicle. An image processing unit(200) processes an image signal of the front photography sensor unit, extracts data for controlling a high beam, determines a high beam driving state by using the extracted data, and outputs a control signal. An actuator controller(300) outputs a driving signal for driving an actuator(400) according to the control signal of the image processing unit. The actuator outputs the high beam by driving a head lamp according to the driving signal of the actuator controller.</p> |
