PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile hanging tool capable of positively and vertically lifting a present pile with simple constitution and high work efficiency without damaging wires. SOLUTION: The pile hanging tool is provided with clamping pipe divided bodies 2 formed by circumferentially dividing a pipe for inserting an existing pipe 1 and a link mechanism 3 connecting the clamping pipe divided bodies 2. The link mechanism 3 is provided with a vertically shakable lateral link plate 4 which is extended and installed in a facing direction each other from divided end parts of the clamping pipe divided bodies 2 with distal end parts of the lateral link plate 4 and a vertical link plate 5 in which a hanging wire is engaged.
