The wall is interior-laterally recessed in sections at areas of respective receiving sections (24, 25) to dissect sections of the ground connector for electrical-contacting of the pipe ends, to allow edges of the areas to fluid-sealingly seal the dissected sections at pipe outer walls of the pipe ends.
