CAR CARE SYSTEM AND PROGRAM FOR CAR CARE SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system advantageous to both of a manager and a user of a gas station.

SOLUTION: This car care system 1 includes: a card reader 2 for reading information from a member card 4 used by a member M at the gas station in refuelling, and allowing a salesclerk to perform advice of arrival or the like of exchange time of a consumable or a proposal; and an in-store PC 3. The in-store PC 3 has: a storage device wherein each member is associated by identification information; an identification information input part inputting the identification information transmitted from the card reader 2; an exchange necessity decision part deciding a degree of exchange necessity of the consumable used by the member based on exchange recommendation time stored in the storage device; and an output control part outputting the degree of the exchange necessity decided by the exchange necessity decision part so that the member or the salesclerk can recognize it.
