PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document processor capable of storing storage information about document processing in document processing while facilitating recognition of content of the storage information for allowing easy finding of desired storage information. SOLUTION: In a storage holder wherein storage image files each generated in processing carried out on a document and processing information files about the processing are stored, an index information file, in which all the processing information files stored in the storage holder are summarized in a list, is created and stored.
