A beverage dispensing apparatus includes a pump 6 arranged to pump beverage from a beverage supply 8 to a beverage dispensing unit 16 along a first beverage conduit 20. A beverage temperature variation unit 14 arranged in heat exchange relationship with the first beverage conduit, to vary the temperature of the beverage. The apparatus also includes a second beverage conduit 21 along which beverage is arranged to be returned from at least adjacent the dispensing unit to the pump. The apparatus may include a moisture removal apparatus 24 and a foam detector 10. |
