An equipment for removing adulterations from livestock waste and setting sand from the livestock waste is provided to convert the livestock waste into resources smoothly and efficiently by removing adulterations, sand and the like contained in the livestock waste before injecting livestock waste collected from farms into a livestock waste recycling system. An equipment for removing adulterations from livestock waste and setting sand from the livestock waste comprises: a body(100) which has injection pipes(110) inserted from both sidewalls thereof into an inner part thereof to inject livestock waste which is collected from farms and contains adulterations and sand, and an odor collecting pipe(120) connected to an upper portion of the one sidewall thereof; meshes(200) installed at a lower side of the injection pipes within the body to separate adulterations from the livestock waste that has been injected into the body through the injection pipes; a guiding plate(300) installed aslope under the meshes within the body to drop, to one side in a lower part of the body, the livestock waste from which the adulterations have been removed through the meshes; and a plurality of sand setting chambers(400) which are divided by partition plates(410), and through which the livestock waste flows successively to discharge the sand-settled livestock waste to a discharge pipe(130) after settling sand contained in the livestock waste by dead load of the sand itself while flowing the livestock waste that has been dropped to one side of the lower part of the body by the guiding plate toward the other side of the lower part of the body. Further, the guiding plate is formed into a wave type in order to prevent the livestock waste from falling down to the sand setting chambers. |
