摘要 The invention relates to an electrochemical regenerator of nonferrous metal compounds and may be used for sewage treatment in galvanic production, in particular in the selective extraction of nonferrous metals. The electrochemical regenerator of nonferrous metal compounds includes a collector of acid solution (13), an electroflotation module, a rectifier (40), a system for sewage inlet, for outlet of sewage and of nonferrous metal salt solution and a recirculating pump (12). The electroflotation module includes a body (1) divided by a partition (20), made in the form of reverse funnel, into an electrolytic tank and a filtration chamber (24) placed thereabove with a purified water outlet branch pipe (4), communicating between them. In the upper part of the filtration chamber (24) between two nets (26, 27) there are placed in layers filamentary (29) and floating grain (28) charges, under which there is placed a magnetic charge (25) and mounted a branch pipe for outlet (31) of nonferrous metal salt solution, outside the chamber (24) in the magnetic charge zone there is placed a solenoid (30). Into the electrolytic tank there are placed two cathodes (5), an anode (6) and a diaphragm (8), dividing its space into cathodic (22) and anodic (7) compartments. The anodic compartment (7) in the upper part by means of a pipe-line (9) and in the lower part by means of another pipe-line (11) with the recirculating pump (12) is connected to the collector of acid solution (13), made as a reservoir with bottom in the form of funnel, oriented with the smallest base downward and connected to a chamber (15) with magnetic charge, inside which there is placed a solenoid (19). The system for inlet of sewage waters, for outlet of purified water and nonferrous metal salt solution is equipped with electromagnetic valves (3, 10, 18). The collector of acid solution (13) and the electrolytic tank are provided with pH sensors (14, 23), connected to a control system, including secondary devices (33, 34), joined with the pH sensors (14, 23), each being connected to a division unit (35), a comparison unit (36) and a logic element (37), and through the logic element (37) to a regulator (38), an executing mechanism (39) and a rectifier (40). The solenoids (19, 30), the electromagnetic valves (3, 10, 18) and the recirculating pump (12) are connected to a connection-disconnection mechanism (41), coupled to the logic element (37).
