A plastic fastener for a vehicle is provided to minimize damage to parts thereof during disassembling by forming a locking protrusion on a pin and a locking groove on a grommet. A plastic fastener for a vehicle includes a pin(32) and a grommet(34). The pin is coupled to the grommet and includes a pin head part(35), an insertion body(44), and locking protrusions(36). The pin head part includes first and second pin head parts(31,33). The insertion body includes first and second shafts(38,40) and a connection part(42). The first and second shafts are connected by the connection part forming U in shape. The first pin head part is contacted to the second pin head part and is formed in one body with the first shaft. The second pin head part is coupled to the first pin head part forming circular in shape and is formed in one body with the second shaft. The locking sills are formed on both sides of the insertion body. The grommet includes a grommet head part(54), a body part(48), and a locking groove(50). The grommet head part is formed on the body part in one body and receives the pin head part when the pin and the grommet are coupled. The body includes a hollow(52) for the insertion body and is formed in one body with the grommet head part.
