A flax pickup thresher includes a pickup unit, a clamping conveyer, crushing rollers, a stripper unit, a turner, a grating unit, a shaker separator, a fan, an elevator, a tank. To improve the reliability of the turner operation and quality of arrangement of the overturned stems as a tape, in perpendicular to the moving direction of the unit, preserving parallel alignment thereof along the length of the tape and increasing the output of the long fiber, while conducting the further processing, the upper drive pulley of the clamping conveyer is shifted in the direction of stems output as regards to the lower pulley for no less than 50 mm. Under a transporting belt of the turner along the screw surface two guides made as rods which support the belt along entire length thereof are mounted. In the place of the stems output from the screw channel on the right and left sides as regards to a pulley levellers of stem tops and stem bases, made as bent rods, are arranged, which, while interacting with the stems, level the moving speed of the stems along entire length thereof that contributes to forming a proper character of the tape. With the aim of the uniform distribution of stripping products along the surface of the grating unit, correspondingly along the surface of the shaker separator as well, in a stripping chamber a heap distributor is mounted, it is made as an inclined surface, which is attached to the upper part of the rear wall,. |
