PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid compressor capable of improving oil separating performance and exhibiting excellent reliability with an inexpensive structure while securing a sufficient balance weight function. SOLUTION: In the fluid compressor 1, a delivery pipe 701 is positioned on the opposite side of a guide 423 for changing the direction of working gas from a frame outer peripheral passage 421 to a peripheral direction, the delivery pipe 701 is positioned in the upper part than the balance weight 407, the whole of a lower surface of a compression mechanism support part 401b of a frame 400 is positioned in the upper part than the delivery pipe 701, and a plurality of recessed step parts 401c extending along an outer periphery are formed on an outer peripheral lower corner part of the compression mechanism support part 401b, tuck welding 740 is performed in a position in corresponding to a thick part 401d remaining between a plurality of the recessed step parts 401c, and the whole of the lower surface of the compression mechanism support part 401b of the frame 400 is positioned in the upper part than the delivery pipe 701.
