<p>The invention relates to a tool for the precise grinding of carburized and hardened crown gears. According to the invention, the tool has an abrading worm (9) with the rotation axis inclined under an oblique angle as against the rotation axis of a cutting wheel (1), the abrading worm (9) being provided with some spiral abrading turns (10) made of steel and coated with cubic boron nitride, the profile of the spiral abrading turns (10) being identical with the profiles of the cutting wheel (1) which generate some teeth (2) and some gaps (3) between teeth (2), respectively, of a crown gear (4) made of low or medium carbon steel.</p> |
