An irradiator for laser treatment is provided to irradiate light on a relatively broad area by using only one laser diode, to be manufactured conveniently and to be used at a low cost. An irradiator for laser treatment is made by attaching a laser diode(2) to one end of a side light optical fiber(1) and installing a reflection plate(4) on the other hand of the side light optical fiber. A protector is installed on one side of the side light optical fiber. Plural side light optical fibers are arranged. The side light optical fibers and separate laser diodes are combined. The laser diode is attached to one end of the side light optical fiber by using a holder(3). Electricity is supplied to the laser diode from a power terminal(6). The light that arrives at the end of the side light optical fiber is reflected by the reflection plate.
