A capillary tube distributor for a light-weight refrigeration-air conditioning system is provided to reduce refrigerant noise and guide refrigerant flow to capillary tubes uniformly to increase a heat exchange capacity of a multi-branch heat exchanger, wherein the capillary tubes are welded to a capillary mounting plate for simple assembling. A capillary tube distributor for a light-weight refrigeration-air conditioning system includes a filter net(4) mounted at a refrigerant inlet and formed with a convex center part for filtering impurities from refrigerant and forming a uniform refrigerant flow rate in the diameter direction. A capillary tube mounting plate(3) is inserted into an outlet part(5) completely and formed with a plurality of fluid guide holes(6) at both end surfaces for coupling a plurality of capillary tubes(2) to an outlet end surface by welding. The capillary tube mounting plate has an inside in the hollow cylindrical shape for inserting the capillary tube, and upper and lower capillary tube mounting plates.
