PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic cylinder and a piping fixing structure capable of improving assemblability of the piping fixing structure, and capable of saving a whole space including piping. SOLUTION: The piping fixing structure 1 for the hydraulic double-acting cylinder 10 is for drawing out one ends of two pipes 11 for a working fluid with other ends connected to both ports of the hydraulic double-acting cylinder 10, along a side face of the cylinder, bringing them close to a cylinder outer circumference face 10a, and fixing them at the same time. The piping fixing structure 1 is provided with a band part 2, a bracket part 3 and a pipe holder part 4. An abutting surface with the piping 11 of the bracket part 3 or an abutting surface 4b of the pipe holder part 4 is recessed on a planar support base 3a, and they are integrally fixed by fastening members 5, 6, 3e.
