The invention relates to the field of powder-like metallurgy, in particular to a composition of antifriction wearproof iron-based powder-like material. An antifriction wearproof iron-based powder-like material contains a copper, boron, stannum, phosphorus and lead at the following ratio of components, weight. %: 25.0-50.0 of copper, 2.0-9.0 of stannum, 0.8-1.2 of phosphorus, 0.8-1.2 of boron, 5.0-25.0 of lead, the rest is iron. The invention provides for the increase of abrasion resistance to 90.0 µm/km at sliding speed of 4.0 m/s and pressure of 1.0 MPa, bearing strength to pressure of 10.0 MPa, decrease of friction coefficient to 0.16 during dry running in abrasive conditions and decrease of wearing to 25.0 µm/km and can be used for producing of slider bearings in the friction units of machines and machineries. |
