A television having a remote controller transmission type body key input part is provided to perform the same function as that of a remote controller when the remote controller is lost or damaged. A main body key input unit(120) is installed in a television body and has the same transmission method as that of a remote controller(110). A key receiving unit(140) receives signals transmitted from the remote controller(110) and the main body key input unit(120). A controller(150) processes a function corresponding to a signal received by the key receiving unit(140). The main body key input unit(120) has the same function key arrangement as that of the remote controller(110). The remote controller(110) and the main body key input unit have an infrared transmission method. The key receiving unit(140) is an infrared receiving module. The main body key input unit(120) is disposed on a front surface of the television body. A key input unit power supply unit(130) supplies power to the main body key input unit(120).
