The device has a tulip (7) integrated to an understructure of a motor vehicle. The tulip has a lateral opening (9) for passing a rear end (2a) of a rear arm (2) of a front cradle (3) to close the end in the tulip. A screw (10) is provided with a cylindrical ring or sleeve (14) placed between the tulip and the understructure for integrating the rear end to the understructure, where the ring is made of elastomer material. Clamping screws (16) are hooked in a shank (4) of the understructure. The screws (10, 16) are oriented perpendicular to the understructure.
