The present invention is related to a system for injecting a filling to diverse food products and to an injection process, which is characterised in that it comprises a structure for supporting a conveyor belt which has a plurality of transversal spacing means arranged lengthwise, a hopper for feeding the food product to be filled is arranged over and at the front portion of the conveyor, the hopper being useful for consecutively dispensing the food product by locating a product unit per each spacing means; at least a filling injecting head is parallely located at the side portion of the conveyor, said injecting head comprising a plurality of injecting valves operatively connected to a filling pump for pumping the filling from a filling storing tank; said injecting head comprises actuating means for being closer to or apart from the conveyor; the invention also includes sensing means arranged in the conveyor supporting structure, as well as control means which allow the operation of t he system to be actuated and controlled so as to fill the food products. |
