PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a turbocharger with an electric motor capable of continuous stable operation of the turbocharger for a long period of time by inhibiting output degradation caused by application environment even if the turbocharger with the electric motor is used under high temperature environment. SOLUTION: This control device is used for control of the turbocharger 20 with the electric motor provided with a turbocharger main body 25 and an assist electric motor 28 assisting drive of the turbocharger main body 25, and is provided with a program calculating a degree of difference between target electric power of the assist electric motor 28 corresponding to a control target value and actual electric power actually supplied to the assist electric motor 28 by comparing the same, and a program compensating torque error of the assist electric motor 28 caused by the degree of difference (renewing correction coefficient) based on the degree of difference (ratio) calculated by the program as a device (motor ECU 40) controlling operation of the assist electric motor 28.
