PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply fuel in a fuel reserve well to a fuel filter, and to shorten a fuel injection time to the filter in the start-up of an engine, even when a fuel level is low in a reservoir and even when the engine is turned off. SOLUTION: This fuel pump module has a fuel pump 42 arranged inside the reservoir 27 and having a fuel outlet 44, a fuel filter case 64 for storing the fuel filter 48 in its inside for receiving the fuel from the fuel outlet 44 of the fuel pump 42. A fuel discharge housing 56 is attached to the fuel filter case 64, and discharges the fuel introduced into the fuel discharge housing 56 through the filter 48, from a housing fuel outlet 60 and a bleeding orifice 66. The housing fuel outlet 60 is guided to the engine 12, and the bleeding orifice 66 discharges the fuel into a fuel reserve well formed on a bottom face of the reservoir 27.
