<p>The method involves filling a blood chamber (11) of a filter (10) with a rinsing liquid with a flow rate, which is less, such that bubbles are released and are escaped upward, where a membrane (13) is placed between the blood chamber and a dialyser fluid chamber (12). The filter is rinsed by guiding of rinsing liquid through the blood chamber with another flow rate, which is larger than the former flow rate, where the flow rates are changed in a pulsative manner.
