<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tag with an attachment, which can ensure bundling with high flexibility and be produced at low cost with a small and simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: The tag with an attachment comprises a bundling band 4 consisting of a flexible band part 1 which extends narrowly and a bundling part 3 provided at one end side of the band part 2 to which the other end side of the band part is fixed; a bar-like RFID tag body 5 disposed in a closely fitted state along the band part 2; and a heat-shrinkable tube 6 covering the RFID tag body 5 in a closely fitted state with the band part 2 and laid in a contracted state.
