PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle controller capable of preventing reduction of accuracy in control of vehicle driving when parts have been replaced. SOLUTION: This controller adjusts starting time and an overshoot integrated value based on a vehicle driving condition and learns initial pressure (or stand-by pressure) as amount of control required by the adjustment so that an actual value of the starting time (or the overshoot integrated value) agrees with a target value. When there is a history that learning about the initial pressure (or the stand-by pressure) is once completed (learning completion flag = "ON") and learning about the amount of control for the second time is continued for a predetermined period of time (t4 to t5) (learning uncompleted flag = "ON"), the starting time (or the overshoot integrated value) is changed into an initial value.
