PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record/display an image between indication rate which is difficult to confirm in a display video image as a high rate image while displaying a monitor image by an indication rate video image. SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus which can be connected with an information processor includes an imaging means for forming a plurality of frame images by imaging an object at a rate higher than the image indication rate in the information processor, a means for detecting the difference between a first frame image corresponding to the indication rate and a second frame image other than the first frame image, a means for generating attribute information about the difference thus detected, a means for processing the first frame image and the second frame image where the difference is detected, a means for transmitting the first frame image to the information processor along with the attribute information, and a means for recording at least the second frame image.
