A stop lamp switch in a vehicle is provided to prevent a lighting state of a stop lamp due to external vibration caused by a contacting state between a contact point and a terminal. A stop lamp switch includes a first contact part(100) for operating a stop signal and a driving signal of a vehicle according to an operation of a brake pedal, a second contact part(200) for switching operational power of a stop lamp according to the operation of the brake pedal, and a connective part(300) for applying the operation of the brake pedal to the first contact part and the second contact part. The first contact part includes a first plate(110) having an operational rod(115), a second plate(120) positioned on the first plate, a first terminal(130) installed on the first plate, and a first contact(140) connected to a lower surface of the second plate.
