PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a twisted thread winding device, providing a simplified twisting machine mechanism, eliminating unnecessary driving, having energy saving effect, and linked with space-saving. SOLUTION: When winding up a twisted thread, a flyer is or a ring and a traveller are set through about 45°to a shaft of a winding bobbin set on a spindle, thereby, the twisted thread is wound at any time with the sent out part of the twisted thread vertically shaken and wound on the bobbin.
