PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide movable contacts composed so that movable contact points directly held on a dispersion type EL sheet can obtain good operation feeling even in a low temperature environment, regarding the movable contacts used in an operation panel for various electronic devices. SOLUTION: Holders 45A of adhesive 45 are formed into a pattern on the bottom surface of the diffusive EL sheet 40 at an area ratio of≥25% and <50% to areas of the movable contact points 5, and the movable contact points 5 are adhered and held on the holders 45A.
