PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in a technique for SAR image processing of performing higher-order processing such as interferometry and CCD by using a plurality of SAR images obtained by imaging the same place that it is necessary to bring corresponding positions into line with each other among the plurality of SAR images and it is difficult to select together corresponding places by means of image processing with coherence used as an index or extraction by visual observation, since objects serving as sources of scatter points stand close together and are complicatedly disposed as to SAR images obtained by photographing an urban area, etc. SOLUTION: By MUSIC image super-resolution processing an SAR image with a MUSIC image super-resolution part 2 built in an image processing apparatus, it is made possible to extract scatter point information by a MUSIC image super-resolution process to accurately determine a relation between corresponding places in images even where it is difficult to determine corresponding places by visual observation, etc. By executing accuracy enhancement on the scatter point information to enhance reliability while changing a cluster domain, it is made possible to determine a more accurate relationship between corresponding places in images.
