<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain an inexpensive practice of patent application authorization with respect to multilingual formation and translation of a patent specification in patent application/examination/authorization. <P>SOLUTION: This method comprises a first step in which a server performs bilingual collation of a specification with respect to a patent-assessed literature which is multilingually applied/examined, records the result in a multilingual patent side-by-side translation dictionary memory, and sets a charge-free disclosure/download function on a portal site; a second step in which the server forms a 3D image using drawing software for the patent-assessed patent literature and discloses it free; a third step of providing a user writing function for dictionary customization/image posting/information posting or the like toward the portal site with respect to multilingual patent side-by-side translation dictionary memory/3D image/patent commercialized commodity information for patent-decided and application literatures; and a fourth step of receiving, as business income, an advertisement revenue by providing an advertisement spot on a portal site display screen and a link pasting income by setting a link-in function to a patent commercialized product catalogue. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
